No matter what your situation might be, there is an agency that
can help you. If your child has been abused by someone in your
family or someone living in your home, you need to contact the
Child Protective Services Hotline at 1-800-252-5400.
If you or your child are in immediate danger you need to call 911
for assistance from local Law Enforcement.
If you are in a situation where you as the adult member of your
household are being abused you can receive help from the Johnson
County Family Crisis Center. You can reach the
Family Crisis Center by calling 817-641-2332.
They offer a 24 hour crisis hotline, rape crisis intervention,
temporary shelter for battered women and children; individual,
family and group counseling; support groups, and
information/referrals for Johnson and surrounding counties.
If you are in a situation where you need food or clothing for your
family there are many agencies and churches that can help.
