In the past, the Children’s Advocacy Center has hosted two large Fund Raising Events. These two events were the Annual Johnson County Sheriff’s Office Rodeo Benefiting the Children’s Advocacy Center ~ COWBOYS FOR KIDS BENEFIT and the CHILDREN'S ADVOCACY CENTER GOLF BENEFIT.

This year, we will be hosting ONE MAJOR fundraising event only which is our Cowboys for Kids benefit!

Last October we hosted our Annual Children’s Advocacy Center Golf Benefit. It was held on October 5th, 2007. It would be our last Golf Benefit.. Click here for more information!

Cowboys for Kids 2007 Raises in Excess of $90,000 for Child Victims:
Behind the scenes, last year’s Cowboys for Kid’s Benefit the Children’s Advocacy Center had numerous volunteers, staff and Board members that devoted hundreds of hours to organizing this event. There could never be an adequate way to express our thanks but to say that each of these individuals actively took part in changing the lives of child victims. Thank you!! We had numerous celebrities that also donated their time and their talents to entertain everyone throughout the weekend. Their warmth and their willingness to stop and visit with our children in attendance was admirable and meant so much to these kids.
